Kangaroo Court season leading up to week long Centennial event. There is a metal cage on stage labeled "jailhouse", in it is a middle age adult and a young child. A Keystone Cop and Senator Mauney inspect the "criminals". The Kangaroo court was a fun event to engage the community and promote the upcoming Centennial events. Citizens were punished for breaking 19th century rules and other bogus rules impressed upon by the Keystone cops.
