The program is signed on the cover by General Westmoreland and inside by O. Fred Weaver, Postmaster and John Henry Moss, Mayor, both of Kings Mountain, N.C. There is a list of other speakers for the ceremony. This is the fifth in a series of postcards designed to commemorate the American Revolutionary War. The postcard was designed by David Blossom.
