A tradition for the Bridges family was to hold family reunions in their airplane hangar. In this photo from September of 1948, the family has gathered to break bread and enjoy each other's company. The guests of honor are Mr. and Mrs. R.C. Gold, the aunt and uncle of Mayor Glee Bridges.
