Map of Seaforth from 1940. Shows the south end of the beach and was made by Lewis L. Merritt of Wilmington, NC. Shows the extreme south end of the island with lot layout and dimension. Shows actual location of turnabout with lots laid out beyond turnabout. High sheen wax paper. Condition Notes: "Significant creasing and fading, small top layer tears."
