Map of Seaforth from 1940. Shows the south end of the beach and was made by Lewis L. Merritt of Wilmington, NC. Shows the extreme south end of the island with lot layout and dimension. Shows actual location of turnabout with lots laid out beyond turnabout. Donated with 2 associated papers. Paper and ink. Condition Notes: "Good overall condition, some fading, two significant tears on the right and left sides in the mid area."
