There is Laotian writing on the bottom of the photo. In Hmong: "Daim duab no yog kiab toom Npliaj Yob Lauj uas yog niam phanyas Tub Npis Lis Foom yawm txiv. " In English: "This photo is of leader Blia Yao Lor who is Sir Tou Bee Lee Fong's wife's grandfather."
