A Parking Financial Feasibility Study for Durham's Central Business District completed by Harland Bartholomew and Associates in December of 1966. This study details the long-range parking plan for the area and includes an analysis of parking needs as well as a recommended parking program with three phases. This study also includes analyses of existing parking occupancy data and the average walking distance by trip purpose at the time.
