A reuse appraisal for St. Joseph's A.M.E. Church, built in 1891, which was nominated for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places shortly before this appraisal for reuse. This report includes photographs of the church as well as land value and building costs, but ultimately the recommendation of appraiser Thomas T. Hay was that "the property will not be marketable under ordinary circumstances and that it therefore has no market value" due to its recognition as a historic place.
