A summary report completed by the Downtown Revitalization Foundation for the years 1976 to 1977. Included in the report are updates of events and changes that took place in Downtown Durham during the previous year as well as the foundation's priorities and proposed budget for the upcoming year. The Downtown Revitalization Foundation "sought to present new alternatives, seek out new developments, prevent bad decision, persuade against outside re-location, promote a better image, and constantly seek out new support for rebuilding downtown" following the undertaking of Durham Urban Renewal Projects.
