Descriptions of the grand annual communication meetings of the Grand Lodge of North Carolina in Raleigh from December 1 to December 10, 1817, including names of those attending, a treasurer's account for the year, and a list of lodges under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of North Carolina. Representatives of fifteen subordinate lodges were present, as well as the leadership of the Grand Lodge.
