Descriptions of the annual communication of the Grand Lodge of North Carolina held in the Masonic Hall of Raleigh from December 2 to December 4, 1862, including names of those present at each meeting, an accounting of dues received from subordinate lodges, a list of the lodges working under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge, and returns describing the state of the subordinate lodges and their membership. A Note in the front entreats Masters of subordinate lodges to have these Proceedings read at a convenient time. These proceedings were produced late due to the difficulty in finding paper and a suitable printer.
