A document about the Barnhill-Carlisle House located at 801 Main Street in Tarboro. Built circa 1900, Sam Carlisle, founder of Carlisle Funeral Home, lived in this house. Information about its history and sales are included. A historic plaque was put up in summer of 2005, but the photo included was undated.
