1940 American Legion Junior World Series was between Albemarle, North Carolina and San Diego, California. Coverage of bowl games incorporated into scrapbook include the 1941 Orange Bowl between Mississippi State and Georgetown; the 1940 Cotton Bowl between Texas A&M and Fordham; and the 1941 Sugar Bowl between Boston College and Tennessee.
