Construction: Foundations: rubble stone below grade, regular ashlar above grade (blocks 15"x37"x?). Walls: 13" composed of 3" x 3 1/2" x 8" brick, stucco on exterior, plaster on interior. Floors: J&G Yellow pine plank 1" thick on 1" sub floor on 3"x12" joists. Ceiling: plaster on wood lath. Roof: standing seam sheet metal over original shingle. Note: Kitchen: Originally in yard, later moved into basement, now built into North Porch. Bathrooms: First floor dressing room is now bath over which has been built second floor bath. Lighting: Oil lamps until 1940, electricity is now installed. The Second Floor Plan, Scale 1/8"=1'0". Sheet No. 4.
