Ovanda Columbus Loy, a watchmaker, is shown in front of his store in downtown Burlington around 1901. His nickname was Lum and he was a relative of C.F. "Pete" Neese, Burlington jeweler, who was the first baby born in Burlington. Loy's business operated until 1902.
