This water-damaged old photo shows the W. E. Hay dry goods store on Front Street, Burlington, North Carolina, in the lefthand corner. This store was located on Front Street, Burlington between 1890 and 1927 and was later the site of Burlington Drug Co. from about 1931 onwards. "W.E.
