Class included 10 people. Both the valedictorian and the salutatorian were women. Julian Shakespeare Carr attended the graduation on June 11, 1896 and received an ovation as a donor. Class members were: Florence Virginia Neff, Ora Estelle Aldridge, Annie Lee Gardner, Jennie Thomas Herndon, William Daniel Harward, Frank Alto Holladay, Japeth Edward Rawls, Henry Clay Simpson, Johnnie Patrick Lee, and John Monroe Cook.
