Beginning on or about December 1, 1939, America's latest, smartest and most stylish light-weight streamlined, stainless steel, all-coach train Diesel-electric powered (south of Washington), will be operated by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad and Florida East Coast Railway, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Railroad and Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac Railroad, on a daily, one-night-out schedule of 25 hours or less, between New York and Miami. The coach train will consist of seven cars with the latest word in reclining individual seats, including Dining Car and Observation-Tavern Car. Operating as the train will over the only Double-tracked, Rock Ballasted Route between New York and Miami, unequalled, fast, comfortable, luxury service will be assured--and at low coach fares.
