Embossed leather pouch on each side of leather saddle strap. Pouches contain area for medical supplies at the top under the flap with a buckle, and a drawer to hold medicine bottles. Marked "Caswell Hazard & Co, 1565 New York". Belonged to Dr. Edmund Strudwick, Hillsborough physician and surgeon.
