Accompanied with the original small handwritten envelope addressed to Mr. D. H. Cook, Richmond, Virginia, Co. K, 5th NC Cavalry, Barringers Brigade. David Haze Cook was a past master for the Blackmer Lodge No. 127 (1874, 1888-1889, and 1891) and was C. J. Cook's son.
