To any Constable or other Lawful Officer: You are Hereby Commanded To take the body of Isaac Simpson if to be found in your County, and him safely keep, so that you have him before some Justice of the Peace of said County, within thrity days from the date hereof, (Sundays excepted,) to answer Daniel Freeman of a plea of debt, due by Acct of Twenty dolars which sum he delays the payment of.
