Land indenture agreement between Daniel D. Ritenhour and Mathise Sides. A tract of land along Big Bear Creek on both sides of the Lynches Lake-Camp Branch and abutting John Ritenhour's fields was bought by Mathise for $575. Witnessed by Adam Hafley. Processed in the Montgomery County courts.
