Land indenture between Allen M. Blackwelder and
Julius Ridenhour, both of Stanly County. Details an exchange of 181
acres of land on the waters of Big Bear Creek for $700. Witnessed by
John F. Moose and John Pickler. Signed initially in 1858, it was
acknowledged by a Stanly County Justice of the Peace in 1910 and
filed with the Register of Deeds Office of Stanly County in
1911.
