Description

Dr. Wiseman studied at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School in Philadelphia and practiced in the Farmington community. Affectionately known as Dr. Wash, he served one term in the North Carolina Senate (1885) and as the first Master of the Masonic Lodge in Farmington.
