Deed for sale of land between R. S. Sugg and Mary S. Sugg and C. E. Neisler. The land was in the City of Kings Mountain, described as a town lot, between Piedmont and Ridge Streets and Brown [property] line. It consisted of [3/5} ? of an acre. Sugg sold Neisler this land for one hundred dollars.
