Willard Forbes and his wife, Thelma Naomi Sawyer Forbes, invited family and friends toa large reunion at their cabin in Old Trap annually for over 35 years. Forbes was generous in donating to the youth for their college educations and contributed a historical market for the Old Trap High School.
