Description

On January 6, 1820, eighteen Master Masons met in the home of Wilson B. Webster in Camden County to form Widow's Son Lodge No. 75. After meeting in homes and other locations, the lodge members erected a new building near the Camden County Courthouse, and it was dedicated on November 7, 1856. In the early 1900s, the structure was used as a school. Photo courtesy of the State Archives of North Carolina.
