Description
The farm complex features four structures. The south-facing three-bay house is laid out in an exaggerated L-plan with traditional vernacular Victorian features. Behind the house there is a gable-roof dependency that has received flanking shed-roof additions ornamented by picket fence gates. The two final buildings are the barn and garage, both of which are painted red with bands of white trim. The barn is two stories with an unusual witches'-cap roofline, enclosed shed extensions on two sides, and a third oversized shed delineated by triparite demarcations. The garage has an enlarged three-part entrance door and complementary decorative treatment.
