Description
The residence is a two-story three-bay triple-A house that was built between 1914 and 1915. It has a two-story ell with its own L-plan extension and a hip-roof porch that wraps around the main and eastern facades, a center-hall interior, and four-over-four sash windows. Several rear additions were added to enlarge the house. More information about this photograph can be found on page 245-246 of the book The Architectural Heritage of Chatham County, North Carolina written by Rachel Osborn and Ruth Selden-Sturgill.
