Description

Gulf Masonic Lodge, also known as Lodge number 465, is a plainly appointed two-story gable-front building. It has narrow vertical proportions which are emphasized by a two-bay facade with elongated six-over-six sash windows, front and rear gables accentuated by cornice returns and triangle-headed ventilators. More information about this photograph can be found on page 256 of the book The Architectural Heritage of Chatham County, North Carolina written by Rachel Osborn and Ruth Selden-Sturgill.
