Description

The mill, which was in operation before 1807, is a one-and-a-half-story plain gable-roof building with a three-bay front facade and a heavy timber-framed structure that is built into an embank overlooking Terrell's Creek. More information about these photographs can be found on page 270 of the book The Architectural Heritage of Chatham County, North Carolina written by Rachel Osborn and Ruth Selden-Sturgill.
