Description

The residence, built in 1935, is a one-and-a-half-story three-bay frame bungalow house with a shed-roof porch that has tapered posts on brick plinths, gable-roof dormer, side bay window, enclosed rear shed which incorporates a kitchen, and four-over-four sash windows.
