Description

The church, constructed in 1859, was built in an ecclesiastical Greek Revival style. The church has a fully pedimented gable-front, three-bay by four-bay white frame, tall double-hung sash windows glazed with nine-over-sixteen panes and protected by green louvered shutters and drip moldings. More information about this photograph can be found on page 273 of the book The Architectural Heritage of Chatham County, North Carolina written by Rachel Osborn and Ruth Selden-Sturgill.
