Description

The residence, built around 1880, is a one-story three-bay board-and-batten house with a small rear shed addition and one coursed brownstone chimney with corbeled-cap brick stack. There were originally two end chimneys, but only one is still standing. More information about this photograph can be found on page 329 of the book The Architectural Heritage of Chatham County, North Carolina written by Rachel Osborn and Ruth Selden-Sturgill.
