Description

The Ocracoke Preservation Society's newsletter was a predecessor to The Mullet Wrapper. Similarly to The Mullet Wrapper, this newsletter published articles detailing local events, museum exhibits, and membership forms. The January 1997 issue includes a list of the Executive Board, an article on the NC Maritime History Council, and letters from society members.
