Description

This color film shows people and places in the town of Spencer, North Carolina, and was believed to have been filmed by H. Lee Waters as part of his "Movies of Local People" project. Places shown include Spencer Grocery; Cruse's Barber Shop; North Carolina Finishing Company. The film also includes an event (picnic?) at an unidentified local church, and dozens of schoolchildren playing outside at several unidentified schools.
