This report was published by the Raleigh City Government in the first year of council-manager government. While mainly a financial report that focuses on the expenses of civic operations, the report also contains figures for population growth, articles on recent construction projects in Raleigh, and lists of registries for government employees. Many of these registers include group photographs of each department, and many of the financial figures include cartoon drawings. These inclusions break the report down into easily digestible sections.
