A pamphlet published by a major pecan company advertising the many recipes one can prepare using pecans. Recipes include chocolate pecan fudge, southern pecan pie, and pralines (among many others). These recipes was used by Ruby DeBerry on menus in DeBerry's Colonial Dining Room.
