Known locally as the Teague house, it was originally the home of Robert Edgar Long, son of J.A. Long, a prominent businessman in Roxboro. The property was subsequently owned by his sister, and her husband, Dr. Robert Teague. It has been demolished, but was located at 313 S. Main Street. The site is the present day location of Roxboro Savings Banks.
