Description

Exterior of the Tomahawk Gift Shop in Cherokee, North Carolina. To the left of the building is a tipi and to the left a Dairy Queen. In front of the store is an individual in a headdress with what appears to be a blow dart. Postcard numbered 1-P-222. Transcription from the back of the postcard: "Write to us! Hi Dave! You should have been with us and saw the Indians today. We also went to the Smonkey Mts. It is about 50 miles from there to noxville, Tenn. Are you still playing basketball? How's school? Maybe you can come down to see us when school's out. Do you still hear from Irene? Love Sis. Mr. David Porter. Mt. Home, Ark. Henderson Star Rt."
