Descriptions of the grand annual communication of the Grand Lodge of North Carolina held in the Masonic Hall in Raleigh from December 5 to December 7, 1864, including names of those present at each meeting, an address by Brother Mackey presenting a medal to Grand Secretary William T. Bain, an accounting of dues from subordinate lodges, a list of all of the lodges working under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge, and the returns from each lodge detailing membership.
