Descriptions of the annual communication of the Grand Lodge of North Carolina and Tennessee held in the Lodge-Room in Raleigh from November 21 to 29, 1811, including names of those present at each meeting, representatives from subordinate lodges and the transcript of an address made by the Grand Master. Attached to the proceedings are a communication from a Convention of the Tennessee Lodges on December 4, 1811 to establish a Grand Lodge and the associated planning notes from December 2-4, 1811 held in Knoxville, TN, followed by a list of the lodges working under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge of North-Carolina and Tennessee.
