Madison Grocery was built in the 1880s, this building is still almost entirely original. The original adjustable shelving, hand operated freight elevator and cash register are still in situ and functional. Jack Moore owned and operated Madison Grocery throughout his life. The current owners believe it may have a Sears and Roebuck façade.
