Description

Lease agreement (unsigned) between Wake Forest College and the Junior League of Winston-Salem. Wake Forest agreed to lease the building that had been the Junior League Hospital in order to establish the Bowman Gray School of Medicine. The College also agreed to work with the League to run the Child Guidance Clinic started by the League.
